Our primary shipping method is with Singapore Post. We chose this method because it matches the service level we offer to all of our customers. We want to make sure the packages we ship have insurance coverage in case of an issue; the package will get to you on time, and in great condition. We charge actual shipping based off of your order (weight and dimensions) as well as your address. We do not add on any additional handling or service charges. Kindly note that this is only an estimate and not a guarantee, so if your order is time sensitive, and you want to guarantee a delivery date, please contact us via email at email@example.com.
How do I place my orders?
You can order our helmets and apparels through our Products Page here (www.wrecklesscompany.com/shop). Should you have any queries or problems, kindly fill out the form in the Contact Us Page and we will be in contact with you within 24-48 hours.
How do I determine which helmet size fits me the best?
Because Wreckless headgears are low-profile, face-hugging helmets, every size indicated requires a different mould to produce and have a variation of 1-2 cm between each size.
The inner lining is removable and washable. To make sure you use a helmet that is the right size for you, it must fit your head closely enough that there is no room to spare without any feeling of discomfort. Each head is unique and the best way to find your helmet size is to try it on. However, in the events that you are an international customer/unable to physically come down to our showroom to test, you can measure the circumference of your head from 2.5 cm or 1 inch above your eyebrows then use the helmet size chart to find your ideal size. Our size chart and instructions can be found here, providing more information on how to measure the circumference of your head to find the best fitting.
Are Wreckless Helmets DOT approved?
Our helmets are novelty and do not have a Department of Transportation (DOT) certification at this time.
Why does my helmet have a scratches?
Our Wreckless helmets are shipped to our office and have all been checked one-by-one before shipping out to our customers. However, scratches are not part of the design and may occur during shipping. If you receive a helmet with scratches please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll get it sorted out for you.

All prices indicated above are in SGD. Generally, the more you order, the cheaper the shipping rates will be. Our helmet’s weight is 1.225 kg.
International Customs Brokerage Fees, Duties, and Taxes?
There may be additional customs brokerage fees, duties, VAT, GST or other local taxes based on your countries laws and customs regulations. We do not have any control over these, and it is your responsibility to know these. Any refused/abandoned packages will not be reimbursed; it is your responsibility as the buyer to pay these duties and fees. Please inquire about your country’s import tax from your local government. Wreckless Company is not responsible for import and sales taxes outside of Singapore.
What if I need to change my address?

In your correspondence, include your order number, old address, new address, as well as any special instructions you might have with regards to the change of address.
Can I cancel my order?
An order can only be cancelled if the status is still “Processing”. Once an order is “Shipped” the order cannot be cancelled as it has already shipped.
What is your return & exchange policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If for some reason you are not and you wish to return your purchase, please send us email or give us a call.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, shipped back to us with the original invoice attached before we will proceed with the necessary actions to make a refund/exchange (refer to bottom section, ‘Refunds’).
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchange (if applicable)
In the events that you are looking for a One-for-One exchange, likewise, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your request for an exchange. If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and we will proceed to ship back a product back to your address (as indicated on the invoice) within a certain amount of days. The cost for shipping will have to be bore by the buyer but the price of the product itself will be waived.
